Can I mix sizes and colours?
Yes, choose from the options shown for your selected product. Add quantities for each size and another colour selection when needed. Availability is confirmed with your quote.
How do I share my artwork?
Upload your PNG, JPG or PDF with the enquiry, or describe your idea. The preview is indicative; final print details are confirmed during artwork review.
What do the bag dimensions mean?
Bag sizes are labelled width × height × gusset in inches. Flat bags show width × height. The printable area is separate and varies by product.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on the item, quantity, artwork, decoration and packaging. Catalogue enquiries receive a confirmed quote. Campaign purchases show the applicable checkout amount.
When will my order be ready?
Share your required date and delivery location. Production and shipping timing are confirmed before the order is approved.
How do group orders and fundraisers work?
Group links collect participant selections. Fundraisers offer approved merchandise for a cause; any extra donation is optional. Each project shows its own deadline and terms.
